Ms. Allison has represented Fortune 100 companies in the homebuilding, broadcasting, communications, and banking industries in connection with all types of real estate transactions, including acquisitions/dispositions, due diligence review, leases, licenses, real estate financings, broker agreements and other day-to-day agreements affecting the ownership and leasing of real property. She has also managed pre-litigation real estate disputes and defaults.
